Hi, I’m Sarah Skagen.

As a child, I could never answer the question, “What do you want to be when you grow up?” because the simple answer was, “Everything!” So that’s what I am; an entrepreneur, mental health and addictions counselor, and an advocate for women’s rights. Living with ADHD and committing to an alcohol-free and mindful lifestyle has shaped who I am, and I’m passionate about using my experiences to make a difference. I build websites, manage social media, and write plays and music. I also teach children’s music lessons, and perform in a children’s entertainment group called Fun & Funner! I love event planning and management and almost everything I do is about creating connection, fostering creativity, and supporting my community in meaningful ways. Do you think you have a project that needs someone like me? Let’s set up a creative consultation and find a way to meet your needs and budget!

My Approach

I believe that everyone is as important as their story and that when we stifle creativity, we also stifle humanity. I believe that if I can dream it, I can do it, and if I can do it, then so can you! It just takes the right team and experience to execute the task. Let me know how I can help you!
